If your not a councle member, please do not post here. This thread is for everyone to meet the councle members so they are familiar with who is leading the guild.
I, garuda/thunder bird, am the guild leader and the head councle member. I do have authority above the councle, but most of my decisions will be based from the councle's decisions.
As people can already tell, I love the sky and anything and everything about the sky. From birds to tornadoes. My element is wind so that might be the reason why lol
I have a policy to give 300% of my abilities for the guild as guild leader. I have been guild leader for around 4 years now, and I have developed some interesting policies. I am no inexperienced leader, and I am here for the guild. I do not lead just for power. I lead to meet new people, to help new people, and just hang out with new people. I have no life, so you can count on a lot of game time from me lol
I believe things like age, race, real life politics, stuff like that does not affect the online world. We are online and not in real life. The only thing we can be sure of when online is who you are as a person, and I feel that is the most important thing when playing online. I have met all kinds of people, from 50 year olds less mature then 10 year olds to 10 year olds being more mature then 50 year olds. Of course this is my opinion, but how do you know what age someone actually is? That is where trust comes into play.
Trust online is very unique in my opinion. Since you don't normally meet the people your playing with offline, you can never trust them completely. But, as guild leader, I have to trust my guild and councle to make the best decisions and help support our guild all the way to the top. And as members, I hope you can put your trust in me to be the best I can be.

Oh, and the other councle members, put an introduction here also. Try to make it about how you plan to lead/your philosophies about being in a guild, ect. Let's bring on the STORM!
